Return Policy

Please note there is aย 15% ๐ง๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ค๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐.ย Certain types of items cannot be returned (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Steps to return
Email Us
Contact us at sales@veldist.com to get an authorized return number.
Fill the Form
We will send you a Return Form that you will need to fill. Carefully read the terms and conditions
Ship the Item
Put the form in the shipping box and send it within 15 days of approval, at 877 de Lausanne, Saint-Michel, Quebec, Canada, J0L 2J0. Make sure to put a clear indication of the Return Authorization Number provided on the shipping box.
Get your Refund
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. It will take 3-4 business days to process your return once we receive the shipment. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
Confirmation
You will receive an email from sales@veldist.com confirming the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Shipping Policy
We are proud to offerย ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ย on all orders of $300 or more in Canada and the United States. Some exclusions apply on:

OEM products are special orders and are subject to additional shipping charges, which will be added to the shopping cart at Checkout.
Please note that delivery times vary according to destination. Working days" are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery is not available on weekends. Additional charges may apply for delivery to rural areas.
Please add notes to orders at checkout (Leave package on back balcony, Go through garage door, etc.). With these notes, carriers will be able to meet your request as long as they are not limited by their shipping policies.
